In honor of "So You Think You Can Dance"

Evi loves to dance these days. It might be because she has been to numerous dance competitions and rehearsals with me! Or she might just love to dance! She loves music and loves to watch the girls dance. Oh man do we love her. This just might be the first of many dance videos to come. . . Enjoy! P.S. I am so excited for So You Think You can Dance! And i think Mia Michaels is genius!

My beautiful girl!

After enduring a long day at a dance competition with me she is still her happy little self! I just am so in love with her I can't stand it. This was at Charlie's in Logan (best ice cream ever). We went with our cute friends Lex and Holly! Evi got to have a little ice cream too! Just a little:)

The cutest girls ever!!

These girls are in my 5&6 yr old class! Aren't they babes! It was picture day. They will be performing at the upcoming recital May 13 as well as many other dancers if you want to see some awesome dancing!!! I love these girls and have had so much fun with their class this year!

Something I have been thinking about lately. . .

Here is my question for all of you. . . How is it possible to be a good mom, be a good wife, keep your house clean, work part time, exercise, read your scriptures, have a good relationship with Heavenly Father, have husband and wife time, go back to school, maintain friendships, and have time for youself? I already know the answer is a big fat NO. But here is the more important question. . . What do I remove or do less of?

9 Months old!

This is our girl! We love her so much nad can't believe she is getting so big! My nine favorite things about Evi. . . 1-She gives the best loves, so good that with one arm she reaches around and pulls my hair and with the other arm she reaches around and either pulls the skin on my neck or pats me on the shoulder. Maybe not the softest snuggle but i sure love it. She also squishes her face into mine and talks! 2-She is such a good eater. Everything we throw at her she will eat except for two things. . . butternut squash and kiwis. 3-When she wakes up in the morning sometimes i will bring her into bed with me and she has to snuggle right up next to me and pat my face and hiss through her binky! 4-She whispers. so cute! 5-She gets so excited when Collin comes home and if he doesn't hold her right away she gets mad! 6-When she gets really excited she screams! 7-I love her big blue eyes! 8- I love how when she smiles really big she crinckles up her nose! 9-She likes tags. On her bear there is a long tag on the back of the bear and she will flip the bear over and play with the tag! Pretty much we just love her so much and can't imagine our lives without her!!

Easter Weekend!

We went to Idaho for Easter weekend! It was so nice to just get away for a while we have been so busy! We just relaxed and had some well needed family time! The only bad thing about the weekend is that Evi decided she didn't want to sleep. The only way I could get her to sleep was to have her sleep right next to me all snuggled in. She loved the dogs and the colored eggs but her favorite thing was Grandma Searle's plant. She kept crawling over to it and pulling on the branches. . . so silly!

Thursday night right before we put her to bed she started crawling. It was such a surprise because she usually gets so mad when we put her on her knees but she saw her toys and went for it!
